Tetris Attack For The Switch

One of the games I want is Tetris Attack. Pokemon Puzzle league is good but I'd rather play with Yoshi than Pikachu.But I'm reading things online that the reason why we haven't seen Tetris Attack on the VC is because of some license fee Nintendo would have to pay to the Tetris Company. Is this really why?I hope we still see Tetris Attack. It would be stupid to prevent this game from coming to the VC just because of some stupid license. Nintendo should change the title to 'Yoshi's Puzzle Attack' so they can release it. Why not, they did it with Punch-Out featuring Mr. Dream and in Japan, Tetris Attack has a different title as well.
